Attendees learn about the theory of the mind, pain/pleasure principle, progressive relaxation, positive visualization, reinforcement and how the cause and effect of stress can lead to unhealthy behavior such as smoking, excess weight, pain, insomnia and much more. It is designed to help participants enjoy immediate relief from stress, tension and anxiety.

They learn how chronic stress and anxiety can lead to unhealthy addictive behavior such as smoking, obesity, insomnia, stress-induced pain, alcohol and drug abuse.
They also learn how to deal with the cause of stress so that the effect can then be dealt with more easily. How to reverse these unhealthy habits and continue enjoying a stress-free lifestyle utilizing a positive reinforcement program developed at leading research facilities.

What Session Consists Of

When attendees arrive, they are handed a brochure which provides complete information about what to expect during the session.

They may select any unoccupied seat, unless they are hearing impaired. Hearing impaired people should sit as close to the therapist as possible.

The speaker gives a full explanation about what to expect from this session. The presentation is fascinating, dynamic and sometimes humorous. We can assure you that our therapist will captivate their attention. Participants find the entire session fascinating.

Seminar/Clinic Begins

FREND’s training seminars are conducted by doctors and certified clinicians with extensive experience in mind/body wellness and behavior modification.

The sessions are comprehensive and consist of a priceless education on how the mind influences the body to create either a healthy or an unhealthy lifestyle, positive psychology, guided imagery and progressive relaxation treatment designed to naturally and effectively modify behavior.

1st Session - The Mind

Includes a comprehensive and fascinating education on mind/body wellness. How the mind influences the body to create a healthy or unhealthy lifestyle.

Attendees learn about the theory of the mind, pain/pleasure principle, progressive relaxation, positive visualization and reinforcement and how the cause and effect of stress can lead to unhealthy behavior such as smoking, excess weight, pain, insomnia and much more.

Attendees then experience first of two enjoyable relaxation techniques designed to eliminate stress and associated pain easily in minutes.

Attendees learn about advanced programs they and their family can use to achieve and maintain a positive and stress-free lifestyle. These programs are the results of extensive research at UCLA, John Hopkins, Harvard, Mayo Clinic and Stanford University.

The therapist provides a comprehensive and fascinating education on the theory of the mind including the relationship between and roles the conscious and subconscious play in ones life. How the mind influences the body to create either a healthy or an unhealthy lifestyle, how we create addictive behavior, positive psychology, guided imagery, the comfort zone, the various states we enter during our normal day such as the beta, alpha, theta and delta ranges and what they mean, and progressive relaxation techniques designed to naturally and comfortably eliminate stress and tension, and any stress-induced pain.

Many people notice that stress, tension and stress-induced pain (e.g. headache and muscle ache) they had when they arrived have disappeared. Many report having that pain daily for months and years only to find it gone after just one fifteen minute treatment.

Intermission

During the intermission most people are amazed at how relaxed they feel and the fascinating education they received. The intermission usually lasts from 15 to 20 minutes depending on how many people attend.

2nd Session - The Body

Participants learn about one of the most addictive substance known and how manufacturers use this substance to manipulate them into buying their unhealthy products.

Smokers learn how they can quit smoking with no weight gain and no negative withdrawals.

Overweight people learn how they can lose all the excess weight they want naturally, with no fad or starvation diets.

Participants then experience their second effective stress reduction technique that can help them also quit smoking and/or lose excess weight naturally including stress-related pain.

During the second half, the therapist focuses on basic nutrition and the relationship between what they eat and how they think. For example, how sugar plays a key role in the thought process and its relation to excess weight and smoking. How smoking is a stimulant not a calming habit as most smokers incorrectly believe and how smoking is also a sugar addiction and why when people quit smoking they immediately want to have something with sugar.

Overweight people learn how they can lose excess weight naturally, with no fad or starvation diets and Smokers learn how they can quit smoking with no weight gain and no negative withdrawals.

As a Cancer survivor, Dr, Ricci emphasizes proper nutrition and the defensive role it plays fighting this deadly disease. He shares the American Cancer Society’s guidelines to eating five servings of fruit and vegetable daily.

How the reinforcement program also assists the user into drinking eight wonderful glasses of water per day to, amongst other benefits, assist in weight loss. He shares a story of how one attendee lost twenty pounds in one month by simply helping them drink more water.

The therapist then guides attendees through a second wonderful relaxing process focusing on behavior modification for weight management and smoking cessation.
